We aim to deliver fantastic customer service. We are here 9.30am - 4pm 5 days a week on our for instant help through our online chat system. You can also email us, on info@spoiltbabies.co.uk, anytime with any queries or feedback. It is important to us that you are happy every step of the way, and your feedback helps us to do that.

BUYING FROM SPOILT ROTTEN

Begin by browsing through our types of clothing, selected from the top of the website. When you see something you like, you can go into the product page by choosing the product or view the product by “Quick buy” where you can view or buy the product in the buy box without losing your place in the search terms. From here you can select the size, colour and quantity you would like.

Next, click the ‘add to bag’ button, which will add the product to your bag and keep you on the product page. You can view your basket by clicking the “Your Spoils” at the top of the page, where you can see exactly which products you have chosen. You can use this page to add or remove items at any time whilst you are browsing. Click on the 'update cart' button to update the items in your basket.

Once you are happy with your selection click on the 'proceed to checkout' button. The 'checkout' page is where you enter your full shipping details.

Once you have entered your details click on the 'confirm details' at the bottom of the page. You will be transferred to a secure page hosted by Sage Pay where you will be asked to enter and then confirm your credit/debit card details.

Once the process is complete we will send you a confirmation by email confirming your transaction and your unique transaction code. If you encounter any difficulties during the checkout process please contact us so that we can help you.
